By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access our services.

You retain ownership of content you submit, post, or display ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Publish, transmit, display, and distribute
• Create derivative works
• Incorporate into other works

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have rights to use the User Content
• Your User Content does not infringe any rights
• Your User Content complies with these Terms

We do not endorse User Content and are not responsible for its accuracy or reliability.

Our services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by JB Apex Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of our services
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without written permission

If you purchase paid services:

• All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• We may change prices with 30 days notice
• You're responsible for all applicable taxes

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the payment method for all fees. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain disclaimers or limitations, so some of these terms may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JB Apex Solutions, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another
• Your User Content

This indemnification obligation will survive termination of these Terms and your use of the services.

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except you may assert claims in small claims court if eligible.

Class Action Waiver

YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. Disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to privacy@jbapexsolutions.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

We make no representations that our services are appropriate or available for use in all locations. Access from territories where the content is illegal is prohibited.

If you access our services from outside the United States:

• You consent to data transfer to the United States
• You're responsible for compliance with local laws
• You waive any claims arising under foreign laws
